Working with me one-on-one,  you will be encouraged to lean into your grief and fully explore and experience your grief and emotions, so you can eventually find new meaning and purpose in your life after loss. You’ll set the pace because your grief is as unique as your fingerprint and your coaching should be as well.
At the end of the 6 weeks, we’ll re-evaluate your needs to see where you’re at and determine the best option for you moving forward. The knowledge and tools you will have gained will help you cope with the difficult days that will still arise, as that is the nature of grief. You may choose to continue with more individual coaching sessions as you unravel your grief even further.
We’ll embark on your healing journey together, and I’ll be there for you every step of the way so you will not be alone.  
Throughout our time of working together, my top priority will be to help you heal your emotional pain, and find peace and meaning after your loss. 
 
 

No judgements or blame…

During our time working together your grief will be acknowledged without condemnation.  Your pain will be seen and heard with compassion and empathy.
The efforts you make in dealing with your grief, ensure you’re protecting yourself both emotionally and mentally.
 Unfortunately we live in a grief illiterate society where the expectations towards the grieving are often unrealistic and uncomfortable. We are told 3 days or a week to get over a loss and return to work. As a society, we tend to run from our grief hoping it will disappear, and yet it tends to follow us our whole life. We fight against it and just want it to go away and be over.
There are so many expectations out there about how we should grieve and each of us needs to discover our own unique way
Finding a safe space and confidential compassionate support can be challenging, but grief must be seen and heard.
You deserve to be listened to and your pain validated as you courageously work through your grief and try to mend your broken world and broken heart
 

How Can Grief Support Help You?

 Finding the appropriate resources to help you cope with your loss is crucial. Having a safe place to share you story and peel back the layers of your grief will help you process your feelings and avoid remaining stuck in pain. 
Grief is the anguish and overwhelming emotions we experience after a loss. It’s a normal, natural process by which we adjust to living with loss. Too often we associate grief only with death, but grief follows loss of anything meaningful – divorce, separation, relationship break-up, loss of health, relocation, job loss, children leaving home etc, even the loss of hope. All of us experience loss, and adjusting to these losses is part of life. 
I specialise in providing a secure and safe environment for people whose lives have been completely upended by a loss. A confidential and safe space where you’re free to be open and honest while sharing all you are experiencing. I’ll compassionately lead you through each stage as you rediscover your identity, feel the emotional experience of your grief and discover new meaning and purpose in life after loss.
Although grieving can be tremendously isolating and lonely, you don’t have to go through it alone. In addition to the grief that has become part of who you are, let’s work together to find ways to reassemble your life so that it can eventually transform into a life of peace , contentment and gratitude.
You cannot rush through the pain of grief, not can it be given a quick fix, but you won’t always feel as horrible as you do now. I’m here for you and life can get better going forward, even though that may be hard for you to believe right now, And that’s okay.
